The face on my thermostat menu had gone completely blank; which meant no heat. Tim came in, looked at it, pushed some wires around & knew exactly what was wrong. He won’t listen to make sure that the air was pushing everywhere. It should be around the house. Extremely nice & professional. I definitely recommend him. You cannot go wrong.
